Digital Heat Transfer
Warm your heat press to the temperature for the material type you are using.
We highly recommend that you use a heat gun to check the temperature on the press before pressing. While the press is warming up, put it down to warm the bottom platen.
Place the image on your shirt and place teflon over the top.
Press for the time in the box indicated for your type of material. Use MEDIUM pressure & LET COOL COMPLETELY!
Then peel off clear transfer paper. The image will be very glossy.
Next, put the finishing sheet over the top again and press for 30 seconds. Peel the finishing sheet off while it is still hot.
Your shirt is ready to go.
Care Instructions:
- Cold wash inside out delicate cycle.
- Low heat dryer or hang dry.
- Cover transfer with parchment paper when ironing.
- Always select a less stretchy fabric (no spandex or lycra) to prevent cracking when pulling/stretching the fabric apart. The higher cotton percentage in your shirt will help your image to last longer.
SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS
Tear the sides of every image so that you don’t have a straight edge or you will have a box around your image.
Lint roll your shirts before pressing - this will eliminate blue markings after you press.
Cover your image with butcher or parchment paper.
Press at 385 degrees for 45 seconds.
